Healthy Waters is creating an ‘online’ community of people interested in having their say about water quality in the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges region, and why it is important to them.
Join the panel and…
- Tell us what it is that you enjoy or value about the water resources where you live, work and play
- Help us to identify the Environmental Values, or uses, you want to see these resources protected for
- Work with us to set some targets or Water Quality Objectives to help protect our water
- Provide your views of the trade-offs that might be necessary to strike a balance between our environmental, social and economic needs
Community panel members will have the opportunity to:
- Provide their views and feedback on key issues
- Take part in regular online surveys
- Receive information direct about the issues
- Be invited to participate in other project community consultation activities such as open houses
Who can join?
Anyone who has an interest in, or may be impacted by, the project outcomes is welcome to join the panel. Membership is free. All you have to do is complete the online registration form.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked some questions about yourself to help us understand who is interested in water quality.
Please note: Any personal information provided will be treated with the strictest of confidence. You will only be sent information related to the Healthy Waters project and you can unsubscribe at any time. Identifying information (such as name, phone number or email address) will not be provided to anyone else, unless it is specifically required and we have your permission. Once the project no longer requires that information, it will be deleted from the data file.
